This policy clearly defines the conditions under which a customer can get a refund. It helps manage expectations and reduces disputes.

Our Refund and Exchange Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our custom-tinted and specialty products, we have a strict policy.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Tinted Paints: All custom-tinted paints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. It's crucial to confirm your color selection before placing an order.

  • Opened Products: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Refundable Items (with conditions):

  • Unopened Products: We will accept returns of unopened and unused standard products (e.g., primers, clear coats, and accessories) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assess the damage and, if approved, either replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Incorrect Products: If we sent you the wrong product, we'll cover the return shipping and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
